The Ligamove Shoulder Pulley is a simple tool that allows you to easily implement shoulder exercises (prescribed by your treating health professional) in the comfort of your own home. By utilising a door mounted rope-and-pulley system, the Ligamove Shoulder Pulley allows the stronger, unaffected arm to assist the injured / sore arm in controlled and comfortable movements.

The Ligamove Shoulder Pulley has:

  • Comfortable plastic handles for your hands

  • Smooth nylon roller pulley system

  • Strong webbing so you feel safe and secure during the exercises

  • A door anchor strap that allows the shoulder pulley to easily be used in a standard door for at home use

What are the Benefits of Using the Ligamove Shoulder Pulley?

  • Improved Mobility & Range of Motion (ROM): The Ligamove Shoulder Pulley can help restore flexibility in the joint, essential for recovering from conditions like frozen shoulder, impringement, or post-operative stiffness.
  • Assisted Strengthening: The Ligamove Shoulder Pulley can help strengthen the rotator cuff and surrounding muscles (like deltoids) without overstraining them, providing controlled, active-assisted movement.
  • Self-Paced Exercises: The Ligamove Shoulder Pulley is perfect for use in the home which allows for consistent and gentle exercises between treatment sessions with a treating health professional
  • Convenience : Portable, inexpensive, and easy to set up over any standard door, making it ideal for long-term home use
