Our Story

Ligamove started with a simple observation: most people don’t need or want complicated equipment — they just need a simple way to stay consistent with their movement routine at home.

Ligamove was founded by Dr. Sven Rees (PhD), an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years’ experience helping people build better better movement habits and movement confidence. What began as a passion project on Australia’s Sunshine Coast, became a mission to design fitness and wellness tools that make it easier to move well day-to-day in the home environment. After many iterations, the flagship product was created - The "Ligamove 3-in-1 Adjustable Slant Board", an all-in-one platform designed for lower-limb and foot mobility and strength routines at home.

Today we keep the same philosophy across our range - including our booty bands, our extra-long resistance bands and shoulder pulley: straightforward tools that support at home movement routines.

We’re proud to say Ligamove is Australian-designed (patent pending) and a registered trademark in Australia (USA trademark pending).
